• I have completed a Mold Course
• I am Classroom and Field trained in Home Inspection
• I have a Degree in Bricklaying/Masonry
• I have extensive experience in:
     Home construction 
     Carpentry
     Plumbing and Heating
     Electrical 
     Remodeling
• I fulfill 20 hours of continuing education yearly
• I use state-of-the art high tech equipment such as a gas leak detector, CO detector and a non-invasive Moisture meter
